The Italian Association of Family Associations – AIdAF – was founded in 1997 by Alberto Falck together with a group of entrepreneurs tied to the same principles, and today groups more than 170 family businesses, accounting for about 13% of our country’s GDP, collecting More than 600,000 employees.
The Association carries out essentially three sets of activities:
– Formation and empowerment of the members of the associated families, whether they are involved in the company’s operational management, young people or the elderly, approaching the family business issues also the first non-familiar management line.
– Institutional projects for national and European politicians to maintain and train a regulatory and regulatory framework for family businesses, their development and their continuity over time between one generation and the next.
– Exchange of experiences through organizing moments of meeting and exchanging ideas to foster the network of contacts between the affiliated business families.
